Meet Zelena Building Co.

Zelena Building Co. is led by Stan Greenberg, who spent years building and renovating high-end, million-dollar homes in New Jersey before bringing that craft to the Hudson Valley. Today he builds homes from the ground up and takes on renovations and flips across the region, and he is known for the things that are surprisingly hard to find in this business: finishing on time, being genuinely easy to work with, and doing work he is proud to put his name on.

He builds alongside his partner Sergei Ramanouski, whose own work ranges from thoughtful residential renovation to full-scale penthouse interiors.

It is a closely held company. Stan and Sergei run the building, and Stan's daughter Michelle runs the business and takes care of clients, so you always have someone to call and someone who answers. We are local, we are here for the long haul, and most of our work comes from neighbors telling neighbors.
